What does Let's Party MTL sell?
We offer fun and affordable party essentials, including loot bag fillers, squishies, toys, and other party surprises perfect for birthdays, celebrations, and special events.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add your favorite items to your cart, and complete checkout. Once your order is received, we will prepare it and contact you if any additional details are needed.
Do you offer custom loot bags?
Yes! We love helping make parties extra special. If you are looking for a specific theme, quantity, or customized loot bag option, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss your request.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Processing times may vary depending on order size and availability. We recommend placing your order in advance, especially for birthdays and special events.
If you have a specific date you need your order by, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Do you offer pickup?
Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with the pickup address and instructions.
Do you offer delivery?
We currently offer local pickup only. Local delivery is not available at this time.
Do you ship across Canada?
Not yet! We are currently working on expanding our services and our goal is to offer shipping across Canada very soon.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are prepared specifically for your order, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup with photos so we can assist you.
Are your toys safe for all ages?
Our products may contain small parts and are not recommended for children under 3 years old unless otherwise indicated.
Adult supervision is recommended when children are using toys, squishies, and party items. Please always follow manufacturer age recommendations.
What if an item is unavailable?
We do our best to keep our inventory updated. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to discuss available options.
